This tabletop night light features a 19th century art form and Maxfield Parrish's "Ecstasy" - producing a beautiful porcelain lithophane lamp.

For the 1930 General Electric's Edison Mazda Lamps calendar, Parrish made liberal use of his hallmark "Parrish Blue" sky which dominates the muted southwestern palette of the background. He became increasingly romantic in his painting portrayals and subjects, and the figure in "Ecstasy" is a monument to this passion.
